Carol Wood, R.N.
Ms. Wood has over 30 years of healthcare experience as an RN, licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Certified Forensic Nurse. Prior to coming to RVNA & Hospice, Carol served as Administrator with Valley
Health System and several local skilled nursing facilities.

Dr. Leslee Cochrane
Medical Director Dr. Leslee Cochrane is certified by the American Board of Hospice and Palliative Medicine. In 2006 he received the prestigious Homecare Physician of the Year award by California Association of Healthcare Services at Home (CAHSAH).

Dr. Leslie Stevens
Dr. Leslie Stevens, Hospice Physician, is certified by the American Board of Hospice and Palliative Medicine. She was also presented with the 2008 award in recognition for her outstanding patient care, receiving the CAHSAH 2008-2009 Homecare Physician of the Year award.
