Home Health Physical Therapist

Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Home Health Manager, provides physical therapy services for patients whose functional level is adversely affected by their medical condition.

Qualifications
Possession of a current physical therapy license in the     state of California
Possess California driver's license
Strong clinical skills required, with a minimum
     two (2) years of physical therapy experience.  At      least one (1) year of experience must be in an acute      care facility or rehabilitation setting.
Knowledge of regulatory requirments:
     Title 22, Medicare Conditions of Participation
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written      communication skills
Ability to establish goals and monitor progress against     goals.
Ability to make quick, sound decisions utilizing critical     thinking skills.
Ability to handle multiple assignments at the same     time with limited supervision
